Order from a tech pack

Compositions, weights, widths and finishes are market reference values, pending confirmation with Insunova. They are not a closed catalogue or available stock: every order is quoted against your tech pack and the mill's current availability.

Trim

The other half of the order: the trim

A garment isn't finished with fabric alone. We bring the garment trim in the same shipment, with the same sample approval and the same accountable partner.

A quick table to place your reference before the first call: usual weight, typical use and the minimum order each family normally starts at.

Ordering from a tech pack

How we source fabric from a spec

We don't buy against a catalogue photo. We translate your reference into a specification, source it at the mill and put it in your hands before producing.

No approved sample, no purchase order
01
Tech pack or swatch

You send the spec, a photo or a swatch. From that we fix target composition, weight, width and finish.

02
Sourcing and vetting

We track the reference across verified mills and compare price, quality and real production capacity.

03
Physical approval sample

The sample arrives at our office in Medellín and you check it against your reference before any order is placed.

04
Production and shipping

With the sample approved the lot is produced, inspected on site and shipping is coordinated to your warehouse.

Quality control

Every reference is checked against a physical sample.

Before a lot is ordered, the fabric passes across our table in Medellín: it is compared against your reference, hand, colour and weight are checked, and only then is the order confirmed with the mill. What you approve is what gets produced.

/01
Against your reference

We compare the sample received with the swatch or tech pack you gave us.

/02
Hand, colour and weight

We check texture, tone against the colour card and real weight before approving anything.

/03
On-site inspection

We verify the lot during production so that what was approved is what ships.

/04
Your sign-off first

No production order goes out until you approve the physical sample.
